OSTERVILLE – A car struck a utility pole on Eel River Road in Osterville about 8:45 AM Monday morning. The pole was snapped and wires reportedly came down on the vehicle. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and did not appear to be seriously injured. Eversource crews were called to replace the pole. The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police.
