Adjacent apartment units were evacuated and the ladder truck extended to the roof. No injuries were reported.

Statement from Falmouth Fire-Rescue Department (FFRD): Sunday night at approximately 9:30 PM, FFRD units were dispatched to Gosnold Grove Apartments in East Falmouth for a report of a structure fire. First arriving Engine 25 encountered a smoke condition on the 3rd floor, with smoke showing from the attic vents. The crew located a fire around a bathroom ceiling fan on the 3rd floor.
