CHILMARK – Chilmark and State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash Tuesday night.
The accident happened near the intersection of North Rd. and Brick Yard Rd. in Chilmark around 7 p.m.
A State Police spokesman said the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash. The male operator was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name has not been formally released.
The cause is under investigation.
