ORLEANS – The Orleans Police Department is sponsoring a “Coast 2 Coast” bike ride on Sunday. The 5-mile ride starts at 8 a.m. at the Rock Harbor parking lot and ends at the Nauset Beach parking lot. Participants should bring a bicycle and water and must have a helmet. For safety reasons, training wheels will not be allowed. There will be adult chaperoning along the course. Riders should make arrangements for transportation from Nauset Beach back to Rock Harbor.
