PROVINCETOWN – The next in the series of Coffee with a Cop is scheduled for this Friday, October 07, 2016 at the Cumberland Farms, 100 Shankpainter Road from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
This Friday is National Coffee with a Cop Day which signifies the end of National Community Policing Week.
Event host is Provincetown Police Officer Sarah Harding
Coffee with a Cop is an opportunity for the public to meet with your police officers in a comfortable environment and talk about any subject — all done in an informal setting to discuss community issues and build relationships. Unfortunately, the majority of law enforcement interactions within a community occur during emergencies or situations not conducive to just talking.
Join them on Friday and become part of a national movement focused on building trust between law enforcement and the communities we serve.
You bring the questions, come talk with police, and you get a free cup of coffee.
