Continuing storm coverage (Thurs.)-Several crashes, few power outages

– The fourth nor’easter this month largely spared the Cape and should wind down this morning. Check this article for updates.

8:00 a.m. update: A few slippery spots are reported. About 5 AM, a vehicle rolled on its roof on Route 6 westbound past exit 6 (Route 132) in West Barnstable. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and was evaluated West Barnstable Fire photo:

Eversource working a few isolated outages. Just over 100 customers were out in Bourne.

A downed wire closed Bay View Road at Bay View Drive in Truro (Truro Police photo):

9:15 a.m. update: Yarmouth Fire called to crash Route 6 eastbound before exit 9 (Route 134). A vehicle went into the the trees in the median. Two people were taken to Cape Cod Hospital for evaluation.

10:30 a.m. update: Another crash on Route 6 westbound in Yarmouth before exit 7 (Willow Street). No injuries but the left lane was blocked for a time.
