HARWICH – A Chevy Corvette was nearly swallowed by a sinkhole in Harwich Wednesday afternoon. Firefighters were called to 25 Banks Street to assess the situation. A heavy-duty wrecker was able to safely lift the ‘vette back onto solid ground with no damage.
