CAPE COD – Friday’s Mass DPH report shows 78 new deaths from COVID-19 in Massachusetts. 6,718 people have died from COVID-19 in the Commonwealth. 1 of the new cases was from Barnstable County bringing the toll on Cape Cod to 116. There are 1,303 cases of COVID-19 in Barnstable County, up from 1,295 in Thursday’s report.
Hospitalization update:
Cape Cod Hospital-8 people hospitalized, 4 of them in intensive care
Falmouth Hospital-7 people hospitalized, 2 of them in intensive care
