EASTHAM – A traffic incident closed Route 6 in Eastham. The incident happened about 2:25 PM at South Eastham Street when a dump truck reportedly snagged primary wires bringing then down across the highway and on top of the truck trapping the driver until Eversource could cut power. The driver was not injured. Route 6 was closed between the Orleans/Eastham Rotary and Hay Road for about an hour.
