EASTHAM – From Eastham Police: The Eastham Police Department will be hosting another Rape Aggression Defense class.
RAD is a realistic self-defense course for women that focuses on awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, as well as the basics of hands on self defensive training.
Female 13+ are welcome to take this 4 day class.

November 7 & 9 5:00pm-8:30pm at Eastham Police Department
November 14 & 16 5:00pm- 8:30pm at Eastham Elementary School
(MUST ATTEND ALL 4 CLASSES)
