DENNIS – Dennis Police have issued advisories for two upcoming eoad construction projects:
Route 28- Hall Street One-Way Traffic:
Starting Wednesday, November 20, 2019, Hall Street between Route 28 and Edwards Avenue in Dennis Port will be converted into a one-way street, allowing traffic to travel eastbound only. Vehicles travelling westbound will be required to use Division Street or Depot Street. The conversion of this section of Hall Street to one-way is part of the Route 28 Dennis Port Streetscape project that is designed to improve pedestrian and vehicular safety. Great Western Road Paving:
National Grid will be paving Great Western Road on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from the Dennis Town line, just west of Depot Street, to Great Western Way. Traffic will be restricted to one direction with one lane of traffic being detoured. Delays should be expected during the operations and motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
