SOUTH DENNIS – Hundreds of motorcyclists assembled at Patriot Square on Route 134 Saturday morning for the annual Cape and Islands Police K-9 Relief Fund Motorcycle Run.
According to the organization’s web site, the K-9 Relief Fund is a retirement fund that “helps ease the burden of veterinary costs incurred in maintaining a retired K-9 officer.”
The participants departed shortly after 11:30 a.m. on their run down Route 6 to MacMillan Wharf in Provincetown.
