HARWICH – A driver from Pennsylvania will be summoned to court for allegedly causing a crash at Great Western Road and Lothrop Road in Harwich Monday around 2 PM. The man driving a beige Honda Accord allegedly failed to stop at Lothrop Road plowing into a Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV. Both drivers were uninjured in the accident. Harwich Police are handling the investigation.
