WAREHAM – Wednesday evening a Wareham Department of Natural Resources officer responded to a seal on the side of the road. During the investigation, the officers vehicle was struck by a passing vehicle which reportedly failed to move over. The operator was charged with Operating under the influence and operating to endanger. The officer was not injured and the seal was not located.
