SANDWICH – A pickup truck crashed into the woods in Sandwich sometime before 5 PM Saturday afternoon. The crash happened on Route 130 at the exit 2 ramp to Route 6. Firefighters had to extricate the driver from the wreckage. The victim was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were serious but not life-threatening. The crash is under investigation by Sandwich Police.
