Gregory C. Roderick
FALMOUTH – Friday evening, Falmouth Police arrested Gregory C. Roderick, 32, of East Falmouth, for two outstanding arrest warrants. He was also in possession of heroin and cocaine, as well as a .410 shotgun. He was charged with Illegal Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Cocaine.
In addition he will be charged under the Armed Career Criminal Act for persons previously convicted of violent crimes or serious drug offenses. The outstanding arrest warrants including the following offenses: Possession of Cocaine, Operate a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License, Leaving the Scene of Property Damage, Operating a Motor Vehicle with License Suspended.
