FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that on April 8, 2015, Alan M. Silva, 38, of East Falmouth was arrested with an arrest warrant for Rape (2 counts), Intimidation of a Witness, and Threat to Commit a Crime (Murder).
The arrest was the result of a comprehensive investigation that indicted Mr. Silva acted alone and no other subjects were involved.
