WAREHAM – On Wednesday at about 6:30 PM, Wareham Police detectives stopped a vehicle on Farm to Market Road after observing a traffic violation. As a result of the stop, detectives located suspected cocaine in the vehicle and placed the driver under arrest. Thomas Clancy, 39, of East Wareham is being charged with, possession of a Class B substance and a marked lanes violation. He was transported to police headquarters and is due in court on Thursday.
