FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report they recently arrested Birton Oleson-Richards, 23, of Eastham for Trafficking Cocaine, Possession to Distribute Class D (marijuana), Drug Violation near a Park (Goodwill Park), and License Not in Possession. The arrest is the result of a traffic stop for an illegible plate that occurred June 7, 2015. During the traffic stop Officer Sean Walker smelled a strong odor of marijuana. As a result, Sgt Paul Roderick of the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office, and his canine partner conducted a search and drugs were detected. A subsequent search of Mr. Oleson-Richards led to the discovery and seizure of over 239 grams of marijuana and over 22 grams of cocaine.
