EASTHAM – From Eastham Police: Sergeant Joshua Adams successfully completed the Command Training Series: First Line Supervisor Course! This two week comprehensive course for police supervisory personnel is conducted by The Justice System Training and Research Institute at Roger Williams University in Bristol Rhode Island. The course is designed to address contemporary concepts of management and leadership relevant to first line supervisors in modern police agencies and covers topics such as operational leadership, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal communications, labor relations, disciplinary issues and ethical decision making. Chief Kulhawik traveled to Rhode Island for Sergeant Adams’ graduation on Friday.
