EASTHAM – Construction on the Eastham municipal water system will begin on Monday, July 13, 2015. The first phase of the project will kick off with the installation of water mains on Alston Avenue and then continue onto Meetinghouse Road and Schoolhouse Road. Police officers will be stationed around the area to assist motorists with travel through and around the construction zones.
