FALMOUTH – From Falmouth Police: A search warrant executed early Friday morning led to the arrest of a 30-year-old Falmouth man and the seizure of Heroin and Fentanyl.
The search occurred at about 6 am on October 11th at 59 Elm Arch Way in Falmouth. The search warrant was the result of a narcotics investigation by the Falmouth Police Department. The investigation revealed that the suspect, Kyle D. Wallace, age 30 of Falmouth was purchasing Heroin and Fentanyl on a daily basis, using a portion and then selling the remainder.
Investigators searched the property, located, and seized just over 10 grams of Heroin combined with Fentanyl. Also seized was material used to package illegal drugs, including digital scales and sandwich bags.
Kyle D. Wallace, age 30 of Falmouth, was arrested and charged with Possession to Distribute a Class A Drug (Heroin/d with Fentanyl).
