FALMOUTH – Falmouth officials responded to Nobska Beach around 4:15 PM Saturday after reports of a swimmer in distress. When crews arrived they were updated that the swimmer had not been seen for 20 minutes. That prompted activation of the marine and dive team units. Fortunately a short time later the swimmer was located a little further down the beach. He was evaluated but declined further treatment.
