FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that Monday evening, an officer was dispatched to a reported erratic vehicle on Main Street. The officer found the vehicle traveling in the opposite direction and observed the operator texting. The officer turned the patrol car around, then witnessed the vehicle strike a parked car and continue to travel along Main Street. The vehicle was immediately stopped and the operator, Anna Nocchi, 26, of Hyannis was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol, operating negligently to endanger, marked lanes violation, sending or receiving electronic message (texting), open container of alcohol in a vehicle and open container of marijuana in a vehicle.
