EASTHAM – Fire damaged a home in Eastham early Sunday. The fire at 50 Seaward Way reportedly started around 4 AM outside the structure on a deck. Mutual aid from Wellfleet and Harwich responded to the scene while other towns covered the Eastham station. Eastham Fire reports one firefighter was transported to CCH with heat stroke but is expected to be okay. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
