HYANNIS – Firefighters were called to the Burger King on North Street shortly before 10 PM Saturday evening. Crews found heavy smoke in the building and the fire suppression system had activated. A hose line was extended into the building while the ladder truck extended to the roof to check the ventilation system over the broiler. No injuries were reported.
