BOURNE – Firefighters were called to the Mass Maritime Academy sometime after 9:30 AM Monday. Crews arrived to find smoke showing from the training ship TS Kennedy and an adjacent building. Further investigation revealed there had been a backfire on the ship. All personnel were accounted for and no injuries were reported. The MMA webcam captured the scene above.
