BOURNE – Four people are safe after their vessel capsized in the channel off Scraggy Neck. Bourne Firefighters were in the area checking a report of a kite surfer in distress. That call turned out to be unfounded but while returning crews spotted the vessel in distress. The Bourne Fire Marine Unit was quickly on scene pulling the people to safety. A harbormaster vessel towed the boat to shore.
