HYANNIS – Four people are safe after a 19 foot vessel began taking on water in Lewis Bay off Great Island around 3 PM Saturday afternoon. Hyannis Firefighters and the Barnstable Harbormaster responded. The fore were taken into the Harbormaster vessel and the distressed vessel was stabilized until it could be towed to port. Further details were not immediately svailable.
