Four Subjects Charged With Multiple Motor Vehicle Break Ins

DENNIS – From Dennis Police: On September 22, 2018 at approximately 3:40 am Officers from the Dennis Police Department were dispatched to the area of Hickory Ln and Chestnut Ln in South Dennis for a report of a possible Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle after it was reported that several subjects were seen attempting to open car doors. Officers Brian Hemler, Brendan Sullivan, Marc Martin, and Sergeant Nicholas Patsavos arrived on scene shortly after the call was dispatched and immediately observed a vehicle leaving the area. Sgt Patsavos stopped the vehicle while the other officers began to canvass the neighborhood. The four occupants of the vehicle were questioned and officers made observations of possible evidence in the vehicle. As a result, two adult subjects were placed under arrest, and two juveniles will be charged and summonsed to court at a later date, for multiple counts of:

  • B & E to a vehicle in the nighttime.
  • Larceny under $1200.00.

The adults who were placed under arrest are:

  • Wakeine Outar, age 18, of Hyannis, MA
  • Andre Needham, age 18, of West Yarmouth, MA.

At least three additional victims from the area where the vehicles breaks occurred reported to the department over the weekend that their vehicles has also been broken into.
