WAREHAM – From Wareham Police: On Sunday November 25, at about 10:30 a.m. Wareham Police Officers George Chandler and John Iacobucci arrested Timothy Millet, 46, of Wareham, on High Street. Mr. Millet is a fugitive from California, wanted on an active warrant for violation of parole on a robbery charge. Wareham Police detectives were aware Mr. Millet was in town and actively searching for him. As part of the investigation Wareham officers noted that the warrant indicated Mr. Millet has an “extensive criminal history of assaultive behavior and poses a threat to the community.” On Sunday morning the patrol officers located Millet and placed him in custody without incident. Mr. Millet is charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant. He was held without bail and transported to Wareham District Court on Monday morning.
