HARWICH – The Harwich Cranberry Harvest Half Marathon and 7 Mile Road Race is this Sunday. Route details are contained in graphic above. Please be advised that there will be several detours and traffic delays. The motoring public can expect detours to be in place starting at approximately 1115am.
As the runners progress police will be expanding the detours and use of barricades starting with Harwich Center and moving along through the race route.
Expect detours and associated delays to continue on a rolling basis through approximately 3 p.m. Detail Officers will do their best to accommodate residents trying to get in and out of their homes. However cars will be allowed to intermingle with runners when it is determined it is not safe to do so.
