VIDEO: Harwich Fire rescues dog in crawlspace of home

HARWICH PORT
– It was Harwich Fire and Rescue to the rescue. A 14 year old dog named Bowie who had been sick for a couple of months went into a crawl space under it’s home on Woodbine Street. Owner Cindy Barrows thought her dog went to die under the house. Unable to coax Bowie out she called the Harwich Police. Officer Neal Nolan asked for the fire department to respond. Captain Craig Thornton was able to squeeze into the space and grab the cute Beagle for a happy ending.
