Harwich, other Cape PDs go “No Shave November” to support veterans with PTSD


HARWICH – For the second year in a row members of the Harwich Police are participating in No Shave November. HPD Officers are forgoing shaving for the month to raise money for Home Base. Home Base provides support to Veterans that are dealing with the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and devastating brain injuries they sustained while defending our country. Home Base will raise approximately $225,000 (goal of $350,000). through their No Shave November campaign. Harwich Police will be making a donation of over $2,000.
