OSTERVILLE – Three people were injured, two seriously in a head-on crash in Osterville about 8:30 PM Monday evening. The crash happened on Falmouth Road (Route 28) at Osterville/West Barnstable Road. Rescuers called for a MedFlight helicopter but it was not available due to weather. The victims were taken to Cape Cod Hospital. Route 28 was closed in the area while the scene was worked. The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police.
