MARSTONS MILLS – A car struck a horse that was apparently in the middle of Route 28 in Marstons Mills. The crash happened around 1 AM between Route 149 and South County Road. Sadly, the horse did not survive. The two people in the car were not seriously injured but their car was significantly damaged. Barnstable Police were investigating the crash and where the horse came from.
