CHATHAM – A man with addresses in Atlanta GA, and Chatham MA, is facing fines for driving his motor vehicle onto prohibited beach areas. 23-year-old Stephen Renard drove his Jeep into a marsh at the end of Harding’s Beach. Removal is currently ongoing with the assistance of Silver Cloud Towing. Mr. Renard is facing fines from both CPD and Chatham Coastal Resources.
