K9 Satu and K9 Storm Intruder System introduced at YPD

YARMOUTH
– On Monday at a very special event at Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters, the Yarmouth Police Foundation made another powerful and measureable impact on the safety of our law abiding Citizens, our dedicated Police Officers, and our beloved Canines by donating the $22,000 K9 Storm Intruder Camera System to the Yarmouth Police Department K9 Unit to be used by K9 Satu and his handler Yarmouth Police Officer Michael Kramer.

Through their leadership and the support and generosity of good citizens all over Cape Cod and beyond, we have obtained this vital piece of life-saving equipment, the first of its kind on Cape Cod.

On behalf of all of the men, women, and K9 Satu—K9 Nero—and K9 Gauge; as well as the family of murdered K9 Sergeant Sean Gannon of the Yarmouth Police Department; we thank you for this very special and timely piece of life saving equipment.
