FALMOUTH – A kitchen fire was reported in Falmouth just after 6 p.m. Firefighters responded to 252 Woods Hole Road and determined the fire had been knocked down by the homeowner with an extinguisher. Firefighters used a fan to ventilate heavy smoke from the building. No injuries were reported.
