HARWICH – At approximately 12:30 PM Saturday, Harwich Police and Fire-Rescue were dispatched to a 2 car crash with unknown injuries on Queen Anne Road at Eldridge Pond Road. Upon arrival, a Chevrolet Equinox SUV with significant driver’s side damage was located off the roadway with a reported uninjured party requiring extrication along with a GMC landscaping pickup truck towing a trailer. The pickup truck had damage to the front drivers side along with a sheared off left front tire. The drivers of both vehicles as well as a passenger in the Chevy were evaluated by Medics and all refused further treatment and transport. Harwich Police reduced traffic on Queen Anne Road to one alternating lane while the scene was worked and the vehicles could be removed by wreckers. The accident is under investigation by the Harwich Police.
