HARWICH – A major water main break was reported in Harwich around 4:30 PM. The break is on Main Street (Route 28) at Brooks Road. Extensive flooding is reported in the area and motorists are urged to seek alternate routes as Route 28 was closed between Brooks ROad and Sisson Road and was expected to be for some time. Water department crews are on scene working on the situation.
CWN Archives show there was another major water main break at the same location on July 19th, 2017.
