SOUTH YARMOUTH – From Yarmouth Police: On Tuesday at 6AM, members of the midnight shift located and arrested a 29-year-old man wanted on four outstanding default warrants and 17 prior charges in Massachusetts at a South Yarmouth residence.
Zachary C. Tuers was transported to YPD Headquarters for processing and then the Barnstable District Court for warrant management and prosecution.
The warrants charged Tuers with possession of fentanyl, carrying a dangerous weapon, operating after license suspended and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash.
