MASHPEE – A man was seriously injured after falling off a ladder in Mashpee shortly before 1 PM. Rescuers responded to a Birch Way residence where it was reported the victim may have fallen up to 40 feet. The victim was taken to the Mashpee Police/Fire HQ facility to meet a MedFlight helicopter for transport to Rhode Island Hospital trauma center in Providence. Mashpee Police are investigating the incident.
