ORLEANS – A man was seriously injured after reportedly falling from a second floor deck in Orleans. Rescuers responded to a Harbor Road residence sometime before 1 PM Thursday afternoon. The victim was taken to Barnstable Municipal Airport to meet a MedFlight helicopter for transport to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Further details were not immediately available.
