BOURNE – The Market Basket store on Factory Outlet Road was evacuated just after 8 AM Saturday after a strange odor was detected. Bourne Firefighters checked the rooftop ventilation units and National Grid was called to check the gas service. No injuries were reported. The odor dissipated and it was not immediately clear what caused it.
