Medflight called after head-on crash in Bourne

BOURNE – A head-on crash was reported in the area of 116 State Road in Bourne shortly before 9 p.m. Rescuers called for a MedFlight helicopter to land at the Ella F. Hoxie School to airlift a female victim who reportedly suffered head injuries to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. A second person was taken to a local hospital. The crash is under investigation by Bourne Police.
