OSTERVILLE – Three people were injured in a head-on crash in Osterville about 11 PM Saturday evening. The crash happened on Falmouth Road (Route 28) at Old East Osterville Road. Firefighters had to extricate at least one victim from the wreckage. Rescuers inquired on a MedFlight helicopter but transported all three victims to Cape Cod Hospital, one with serious injuries. The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police.
