BOURNE – Falmouth Police report that they developed probable cause that narcotics were being sold from a residence on Megansett Road in Bourne near the Bourne/Falmouth town line. Early Thursday morning, Bourne and Falmouth Police Departments, with assistance from a Barnstable County Sheriffs Office K9, conducted a search warrant at the residence. The search resulted in the discovery and seizure of cocaine. Arrested at their residence was Michael Lopes, 36, and Ashley Gonsalves, 28. Lopes was charged with possession of a class B substance (Cocaine) with intent to distribute (subsequent offense) and Gonsalves was taken into custody for having three outstanding warrants for her arrest.
