“National Night Out” Celebrated in Several Cape Cod Towns

DENNIS PORT – National Night Out activities were held across Cape Cod Tuesday night in Falmouth, Mashpee, Yarmouth and Dennis.

The event is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods a safer, better place to live.

National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

Over 16,000 communities throughout the world participated in this ongoing effort to prevent crime.
