HARWICH – Former Sandwich Police Lieutenant David Guillemette took the reins of the Harwich Police Department Monday. Chief Guillemette became the new police chief at a Monday morning ceremony in the public safety building on Sisson Road. Chief Guillemette takes over for retired Chief William Mason.
